Ways to Stay Healthy


I wrote this essay when I was the first year of university, eighteen.

 I do several things to stay healthy. First, I excise regularly. I ride on bicycle and train to go to university. I walk from the Kotsukyoku Mae Station. It takes about 15 minutes. I think walking is good excise. Second, I get up early. When I wake early, I feel fresh. Moreover, I can get plenty of time. It makes me have leeway. Lastly, I don’t build up stress. It isn’t good for your health. Your mind affects your body directly, as the proverb says “Illness arises from sickness of the sprit”. So I keep a matter that if I have some troubles, I should talk to my friend about it in my mind. I do these thing every day, so I can spend my life healthy and happy.

Now I read again, I find many grammar mistakes and become small. Today I go to my university by motor bike or car everyday. Sometimes I give me ride by my parents' car, especially when I can't drive myself. For example, the day which I have drinking party. Also, recently I don't excise. Because I'm spending harder days in comparison those days. I became twenty-one years old this year. Since December, the hunting job will start soon, and I have to prepare for it. However, I want to play some sports even now. I hope I can get rest time, and do it someday.
