"They came and visit some of the famous buildings in England. The Tower of London, St. Paul's Cathedral, Westminster Abbey, and the Houses of Parliamont." (Escott, 2008, [p.6])This book introduces about England. England is one of the "countries" of the U.K. There are the history of England and many famous places and buildings and cultures. I like this country since I was a child. That is why I read this book. It is written in an easy English, so I could understand soon.
I learned a lot of things about England from the book. England has ruled neighboring countries before. These are Scotland, Ireland, and Wales. Even now, a part of Ireland is not returned. And I heard that if Scottish person is asked "Are you a English person?", they are angry. In this way, the U.K. has complex problems.
If I can visit to England, I want to go to London first, and I'll go shopping. This summer it has a very big event. It is the Olympic. I want to visit there and watch the games directly!
